How Discreet is our Packaging & Delivery?

Many people worry about their privacy when they order sex toys online. They don't want to have their packages delivered to their home or office because they don't want people they know to get wind of their purchases. Don't worry; at 4Play Essentials, we've got you covered!

Our packaging is 100% discreet, so your privacy will be protected. Our products are shipped in a plain unmarked box with no indication of the contents inside. Inside the plain boring boxes, the sex toys are wrapped in a layer of tissue paper. The plain boxes are packed into non-see-through courier flyer bags as shown below to guarantee no one (not even the courier) will know what is inside. Our discreet packaging ensures that your privacy is protected all the way.


There are no markings on the courier flyer bag except for your address label on the front - this is for the end-of-line driver to be able to make the delivery at your correct address and call you when they arrive. Furthermore, the address label does not mention 4Play Essentials. Packages are addressed from “Gemstone Tech” to protect your privacy.

Discreet Billing

We also include an option for discreet billing - if you use the Payfast payment gateway to make payment, your bank statement will show payment made to “Gemstone Tech”. This is to protect your privacy. Please note that if you use the Payflex or Ozow payment gateways, it will appear as 4Play Essentials on your statement.
