The balls are inserted in the vagina for about 15mins to 6 hours, where the pelvic muscles contract to hold the weight. Over time, if done regularly, this exercise helps tighten the muscles in this area, resulting in improved sexual function and response.

Start with the single 37.5g (3.5cm diameter) ball for about 2-3 weeks, then move up to the lighter 58g double ball for another 2-3 weeks and finish off with the heavier 75g ball. Just be sure to apply plenty of lube for a comfortable experience every time you use the balls.
